Dr. Dokou received the "Outstanding ASCE Faculty Award" by the ASCE Sacramento Section during the annual awards banquet this year. This award recognizes her role as advisor and mentor of Civil Engineering students at Sacramento State University.
The evening was very special, as two Sacramento State University Civil Engineering students - one current and one alumna- were also recognized at the event.
Tyler Bernard received the "Outstanding Civil Engineering Student" award and Rosa Rios-Dominguez the "Outstanding YMF Officer" award. Congratulations to both these amazing students!
